At STICKERA, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently while ensuring a smooth experience from checkout to doorstep.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customizations or bulk orders may take longer—we’ll notify you in such cases.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 working days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on courier operations or external circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹199
Flat rate of ₹49 for orders below ₹499
Special promotions or coupon codes may override these charges temporarily.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
While we closely work with logistics partners, delays caused by third parties are beyond our direct control—however, our team will assist you with resolving any delivery issues.
5. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the buyer.
We will hold the returned package for 7 days. If we receive no communication within that time, the order will be considered forfeited.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us with your order number.
In cases of confirmed lost shipments, we will offer either a free replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
