Refund policy

At STICKERA, we take pride in crafting high-quality, design-based products in small batches. Due to the nature of our items—especially custom and limited-run stickers—we follow a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy once an order is placed. Please read the terms carefully before purchasing.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, except when the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Eligible Situations for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
The product was received in a damaged condition
The product is defective (e.g., missing print, torn sheet)
You received a different item than what you ordered
The package was undelivered and returned to us
All claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery and must include:
Clear photographs of the packaging and item
Your order number and full name
A brief description of the issue

3. Ineligible Situations
We will not issue refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind after placing the order
Delays caused by courier services or external disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
Minor color variations due to different screen displays
Small design variances typical of handcrafted or hand-designed items
4. Refund Method & Timeline
If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed:
Within 5–7 business days
Via the original payment method or store credit, based on our discretion
5. Multiple Refund Requests
To maintain fairness, STICKERA reserves the right to decline future claims if we detect abuse or repeated refund requests without valid reason.
